Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive the details you choose to provide. That typically includes your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, company size and a description of the problem you want solved. During an engagement we may also receive business documents and sample data you share with us for the purpose of scoping or building a system.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. If website analytics are enabled, aggregate usage statistics may also be collected. See our Cookie Policy for what is set in the browser.
Information we do not want
Please do not send us sensitive personal data — health records, financial account credentials, government identity numbers or similar — through the website form or over WhatsApp. If a project genuinely requires that kind of data, we will agree a secure channel and a written data-processing arrangement with you first.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver proposals, to run and support engagements you have asked us to carry out, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to improve how this website works. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent (when you submit a form or start a conversation), on the performance of a contract (once you become a client), on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, and on compliance with applicable law.
4. Who we share it with
We use third-party service providers to run the business — for example hosting, email, calendar and scheduling, and any CRM we operate. These providers process information on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We do not grant them the right to use your information for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator, and where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and work with clients and suppliers in other countries, so information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place with the receiving party. 6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up, and then deleted. Records relating to an engagement are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period afterwards required by contract, tax and accounting rules. Client project data is deleted or returned at the end of an engagement in line with the agreement we sign with you.
7. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Send the request to arham@medcomfyai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are unhappy with our response, you may be able to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices to the systems we operate. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected people and any relevant authority where a breach requires it under applicable law.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. AI systems and your data
When we build AI systems for clients, the data used to ground those systems belongs to the client. We do not use client data to train models for other clients, and we do not feed client data into third-party services without a written agreement covering that use. The specific arrangement for each engagement is set out in the contract for that engagement.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
