Voice AI

AI That Can Talk To Your Customers.

A voice agent answers the phone on the first ring, holds a normal conversation, checks your live systems and finishes the job before the call ends. It books the appointment, updates the record and hands over to a person the moment it should.

  • Answers every call
  • English and Urdu
  • Warm transfer with context

One inbound call, start to finish

A scripted demonstration of a clinic booking. Watch the transcript on the left and the system actions on the right: the agent is not describing what should happen, it is doing it while the caller is still on the line.

System actions

  1. Intent detected: booking — pendingrouted to the appointment tool
  2. Calendar checked — pendingtwo slots free this week
  3. Slot held 14:30 — pendingheld for the length of the call
  4. CRM record updated — pendingmatched on caller ID, no duplicate created

  6. Call summary written — pendingfiled to the patient record

Each of these is a separate permissioned tool call, written to an audit log with the time, the input and the result.

Capabilities

What a voice agent handles

Most businesses start with one of these and add the rest once the first is proven. The technology is the same underneath; what changes is the job description and which systems the agent is allowed to write to.

Scope your first use case

AI Receptionists

Every call answered on the first ring, at 2pm and at 2am. Common questions handled, everything else routed to the right person with a written summary attached.

AI Call Centres

Concurrency instead of headcount. A hundred calls at once are handled the same way as one, so seasonal spikes stop costing you either money or reputation.

Appointment booking

Real availability read from your live calendar, a slot held during the call, and the booking written back with confirmation and reminders scheduled.

Lead qualification

Budget, timeline, location and intent captured in conversation rather than a form. Qualified leads reach a person, the rest are logged and nurtured.

Outbound calling

Reactivation, renewals, payment reminders and waitlist offers, dialled at a pace you set and with the consent and opt-out rules built into the script.

Customer support

Order status, account questions, opening hours, policy answers. Grounded in your systems and documents so the answer matches what your team would say.

Call routing

The agent works out what the call is actually about, then transfers to the right department or person, warm and with context, instead of a menu tree.

Follow-up calls

The second, third and fourth attempts that people stop making. Post-visit checks, quote follow-ups and no-show recovery, executed consistently.

Surveys

Short structured calls that capture satisfaction or feedback in the customer’s own words, then arrive as coded, comparable data rather than free text.

Call summaries

Every call produces a transcript, a summary and the extracted facts. No more relying on whether whoever answered remembered to write a note.

CRM updates

The record is created or updated while the call is still happening, matched on caller ID so you do not accumulate duplicate contacts.

Channels

Supported channels, and why the difference matters

These are not four skins on the same thing. Each channel changes what the agent can rely on, how much it has to confirm out loud, and what a good outcome looks like.

Phone

A real number on your existing telephony. Audio only, so the agent has to carry the whole interaction by voice and confirm details out loud. This is the hardest channel and the one with the highest intent: people who call are ready to act now.

Best for: bookings, urgent enquiries, older or non-technical callers

Website

A click-to-talk voice widget on your site. The visitor is already looking at your pages, so the agent can speak and simultaneously show a link, a price list or a booking confirmation on screen.

Best for: high-consideration purchases, product questions, demos

WhatsApp

Voice notes and calls inside the app most of your customers already live in. Asynchronous by nature, so nobody is put on hold, and the customer keeps the entire history in their own thread.

Best for: Pakistan, the Gulf, South Asia, and any repeat-contact relationship

SMS

Not a conversation channel so much as the delivery layer around one: confirmations, reminders, links and one-tap replies. Cheap, universal, and it works on a handset with no data connection.

Best for: confirmations, reminders, no-show recovery, opt-outs

Two different problems

Inbound and outbound are not the same build

They share a voice stack and almost nothing else. Treating outbound as inbound pointed the other way is the most common reason a voice programme underperforms.

Inbound

they call you

  • The customer chose to contact you, so intent is already high
  • Speed to answer is the whole game: a call answered in one ring converts, a voicemail rarely does
  • Volume is spiky and unpredictable, which is exactly what headcount handles badly
  • Success looks like: resolved on the call, or transferred to the right person with context

We usually start here. A missed inbound call has a knowable value, which makes the case for the build easy to argue and easy to check afterwards.

Outbound

you call them

  • You chose to contact them, so the first eight seconds decide whether the call continues
  • Consent, calling hours and opt-out handling are compliance matters, not preferences
  • Volume is controllable, so pacing is a business decision rather than an emergency
  • Success looks like: a booked follow-up, a recovered customer, or a clean, respectful no

We build outbound against your own list and your own consent records only. We do not supply contact data and we will not run a campaign into a list you cannot account for.

The call, end to end

From ring to CRM record without a person in the middle

Six stages, all of them inside a single call that usually lasts under two minutes. The last one is the stage clients tell us they value most once it is live.

Anything the agent cannot finish is transferred warm, with the transcript and the reason already on the receiving person’s screen.

Where it struggles

What voice AI is still bad at

Three failure modes are real today. None of them is a reason to avoid voice AI, and all three are reasons to design the escalation path before the happy path.

Heavy accents on a poor line

Speech recognition degrades with a weak mobile signal, background noise or a strong regional accent it has not been tuned for. It does not fail loudly, it mishears quietly.

How we design around it

The agent confirms critical details back before acting, and two failed recognitions in a row trigger an immediate transfer rather than a third attempt.

Emotional escalations

A distressed, bereaved or genuinely angry caller needs a person. An agent that stays calm and procedural through that conversation makes the situation worse, not better.

How we design around it

We tune sentiment and keyword triggers for your context so those calls route to a human within seconds, with the transcript so far already on their screen.

Genuinely novel requests

Anything outside the job it was defined for, or any question your knowledge base has no answer to. This is where a badly built agent invents something plausible.

How we design around it

The agent is built to say it does not know and offer a transfer or a callback. Unanswered questions are logged weekly, which is how the knowledge base actually improves.

Questions

What people ask before they let AI answer the phone

Call us on +92 334 179 0179 if you would rather hear the answers than read them.

Current voice models are close enough to human that most callers do not raise it, and the giveaway is rarely the voice itself. It is timing: an agent that interrupts, or leaves a long silence after you stop speaking, feels wrong even with perfect audio. We tune turn-taking, interruption handling and filler behaviour alongside the voice, and we test with recordings of your own callers. We also recommend the agent identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the call. It costs nothing in conversion and it removes the worst outcome, which is a caller who feels they were tricked.

Stop letting the phone decide who you lose

Tell us what happens today when a customer calls and nobody picks up. We will scope a voice agent for that specific gap, and tell you if a simple call-back automation would fix it for less.
